About the Author
Jerry Klinke has authored several publications on industrial crane and rigging operations that are currently used in vocational-technical, apprenticeship, and college courses throughout the United States and Canada. He has been involved with the construction and maintenance of electrical generating stations since 1976. A respected classroom instructor for craftsmen of various disciplines, Jerry has has also developed and managed training programs for the nuclear industry. He holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the Association of Crane and Rigging Professionals (ACRP) and has been a frequent speaker on safety training in the construction industry, and the promotion of standardized testing and qualification of crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
