About the Author
Robert Rubright, a cultural and humor historian, has lived in St. Louis for more than 30 years, where he makes his living as a writer, teacher, and public speaker. Rubright is known in St. Louis as the "Channel 9 Walking Man"; since 1998 he has hosted daily 6-minute segments on walking in St. Louis on KETC-TV St. Louis. He is also the author of Walks and Rambles in and around St. Louis.
