Book Description
The Rob Roy Way is a new Scottish long-distance walk running 77 miles from Drymen (on the West Highland Way) to Pitlochry in the highlands, passing some of Scotland's finest lochs, glens, and mountains. It links forest tracks, footpaths, part of a bicycle route, moorland tracks, and some minor roads. Some of these paths have been used for centuries and are steeped in fascinating history. Much of the Way is linked with the famous cattle rustler Rob Roy MacGregor (1671-1734).
