About the Author
Sifu Leung Shum began the study of kung fu and tai chi chuan at the age of eight. He grew up in Hong Kong and moved to New York City in 1971, where he opened the first Eagle Claw school for the general public in the United States. He has taught thousands of students, and has been profiled in many martial arts magazines. He is also featured in several videotapes on the art of Eagle Claw and tai chi chuan.
