About the Author
Bill Gutman has been a freelance writer for three decades. In that time he has written more than 200 fiction and nonfiction books for both children and adults. Prior to becoming a full-time freelancer, he was a reporter, feature writer, and finally sports editor of the Greenwich Time in Connecticut. Carroll & Graf published his biography of football coach Bill Parcells in August 2000. Gutman enjoys working with various personalities. He is presently collaborating with former baseball manager and current broadcaster Kevin Kennedy. Gutman lives in Poughkeepsie, New York.
