About the Author
Ben Cook was the head strength coach for the University of North Carolina men's basketball team from 1994-2001. His teams made four Final Four appearances during his seven seasons. He also served as assistant strength and conditioning coach for the University of North Carolina's football team from 1990-1994, where he helped 27 payers reach the NFL.
Ben is currently Manager of Exercise Programming for Carolinas Sports Performance Center and is co-founder of the LINK Exercise and Evaluation System. He holds a master's degree in exercise and sport science from UNC as well as CSCS and NSCA-CPT certifications. Ben lives in Harrisburg, North Carolina.
